Training Schedule
See below for a list of training nights for each age group at the club.
Training during winter may take place on all weather pitches or indoors when these facilities are available. Please see your coach/manager for more information.

Coaching
At present coaching at grassroots level consists of 3 levels
- LEVEL 1: Basic coaching aimed at 5-11 age groups
- LEVEL 2: Technical coaching aimed at 11-14 age groups
- LEVEL 3 (UEFA B): Tactical coaching aimed at 15- Adults
And
- Coaching disabled performers
At Wigginton, and as a charter standard club, we are committed to ensuring that at least 1 coach from each team has a formal FA coaching qualification.
We would help and encourage anyone who wishes to help coach any of the teams to go on one of the courses provided by the North Riding County FA

Then access the NRCFA web site (www.northridingfa.com) to download an application form and find dates of courses available .

Fill in your application and pass to Paul Hurst
The club will pay for all Level 1 coaching courses
Level 1 courses usually run over several weekends
Thursday evening: Induction
Tuesday evening: Child Protection
Thursday evening: Emergency Aid
And then the two Saturdays in between are practical sessions and then either a Saturday or Sunday is assessment day
